Katrice Young is an experienced sales and marketing professional with over thirteen years in the spirits industry and an eye for detail. She is known for spearheading brand partnerships, experiential activations, innovative consumer events, and flawless event execution.

Having worked for some of the top global spirit suppliers and distributors, Katrice advocates for women empowerment, leadership, and diversity and inclusion within the spirits industry. She received her Level Two WSET Spirits Certification and enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise of spirits with others. Katrice also hosts educational tastings, seminars, and events throughout the year.

Katrice currently resides in Houston, Texas and continues to be an advocate for all women on their career and entrepreneurial journeys, and enjoys good cocktails and conversation.

As owner of The B Connect this woman of many talents brings her knack for organization and "make it happen” personality to everything she's involved with. With experience in Oil & Gas, hotel & restaurant management, travel, and other industries, Brandi uses her acumen to help others bring their visions from concept to fruition.
