Chef Alphise is a Native Houstonian. She attended University of Houston - Hotel & Restaurant Management and Art Institute of Houston Culinary Arts,

She loves sports and to travel when time permits. She has a 10 year old son, Jackson. She is also a chef that has had a catering company for 12 years. At first, she thought she wanted to open her own restaurant so she went to culinary to perfect her craft as a chef. She’s also worked in the entertainment industry and corporate for many years which she enjoyed until she decided to follow her passion.

FAVORITE SPIRIT AND/OR COCKTAIL

I’m a vodka girl. Tito's is my favorite. I love a good martini. I also enjoy a good bourbon or whisky.
